Miller Homes has unveiled its latest development on the outskirts of the newly-crowned city of Doncaster. Simpson Park in the village of Harworth opened its sales centre in June, giving potential buyers an opportunity to see the first available houses.
The site will comprise 116 three and four-bedroom family homes from Miller Homes’ new house style portfolio, giving buyers plenty of choice in the ideally located development. In addition to the new homes, the housebuilder will also contribute around £270,000 towards local education requirements and £50,000 towards the local Community Infrastructure Levy, bringing added benefits to all who live in the community.

The Miller Homes development is part of a larger regeneration project at Simspon Park, the site of the former Harworth colliery. The full site, named after British cycling pioneer, Tom Simpson, has the potential to accommodate up to 1,300 homes, and includes plans for a primary school, a new community space for elderly housing, a pub and extensive public open space.
