Hayley Scott, Jones Homes
Jones Homes has appointed Hayley Scott as area sales manager at its Yorkshire region, responsible for eight developments across Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. She has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, including roles with several different housebuilders. “It’s great to be back on the road,” she said.
Mark Parker, Redrow
Award-winning Redrow has promoted Mark Parker to the position of regional chief executive for Greater London. He joined the company in 2015 and was appointed divisional managing director for East London in 2018. Prior to this, he held the role of managing director at another London-based housebuilder for more than a decade.
Two appointments, NHBC
NHBC has appointed Scott Manton as its head of health and safety. He has worked with a number of residential developers and has built up a range of experiences across many sites. The organisation has also appointed David Campbell, with over 25 years’ industry experience, to the newly created role of commercial director.
Paul Breen, Living Space Housing
Solihull-based Living Space Housing has announced the appointment of Paul Breen as its new commercial manager. He joins from Shrewsbury-based RGB Group, where he held the position of head of commercial for nearly three-and-a-half years, with previous roles at Bovis Homes and Thomas Vale Construction.
Five appointments, FirstPort
FirstPort has made several key appointments. Victoria Peake joins as operations manager; Tanya Wichall is now regional manager for large & complex developments; Katrina Aslet-Clark is regional manager; Crawford Scott is operations director; and Richard Thwaites has been promoted to director of property services.
