Moda Living has secured outline planning permission from Glasgow City Council for Lancefield Quay, the BTR specialist’s second development in the city.
The waterfront development will create 730 new homes and will be delivered in partnership between Moda Living and GDRI, a joint venture between Osborne+Co and MRP. Following successful public consultation, Moda Living will now with the council throughout the planning and delivery stages.

The £205million Lancefield Quay development will provide high-quality resident and public amenities such as an on-site gym and co-working hubs, as well as landscaped public spaces alongside the new homes.
Lancefield Quay is aligned with Glasgow Council’s ‘City Centre Living Strategy Vision 2035’, which aims to create a sustainable, inclusive and diverse city centre population.
