Durkan Group has launched a dedicated regeneration business, Durkan Regen, in response to growing market demand.
Durkan Regen will provide services including asset regeneration, planned maintenance, compliance services including damp and mould, fire remediation and general repairs, as well as retrofit, decarbonisation and cladding remediation.
Recently appointed managing director of Durkan Regen, Dan Germann, who has over 30 years’ experience in the sector, has been instrumental in establishing the dedicated regeneration business and bringing it to market.
Dan brings a wealth of experience, having previously held senior roles at Keepmoat Regeneration, Apollo Group, Engie and most recently EQUANS UK, where he was responsible for leading a £350million business.
Commenting on the launch of Durkan Regen and his appointment, Dan said: “Over the last year alone, Durkan has significantly increased its market share of regeneration activity in London and the South East, working with local authorities and housing associations in the regeneration of their existing stock.”

Alongside Durkan Regen, Durkan Group will continue to grow and expand its housebuilding business, Durkan Homes, which launched in 2019.
