Allison Homes South West has exchanged contracts on a site on the southern edge of Trowbridge, Wiltshire.
The circa 20-acre greenfield site, located north of North Bradley and south of the A363, benefits from outline planning permission for 70 new homes.
The site has an anticipated gross development value in excess of £20million, with completion of the purchase expected later this year.
