Roca is launching three new collections with designs to suit the popular consumer wellness trend of ‘dark showering’.
The concept of dark showering is to turn a daily wash into a deliberate, low-lit sensory ritual – a move away from a straightforward, practical routine towards ‘feel-good’ experiences.
Roca is launching three new showering collections reimagined and designed for exactly this shift – the T-Multi, T-3000 and T-500.
At the heart of all three collections is Roca’s Quick Reaction® thermostatic technology, which delivers the required flow and temperature in under three seconds. It is a small detail with a disproportionate effect: when the water is right the moment the user steps in, the ritual can begin immediately. The tech is combined with Security 38º® anti-scalding protection and SafeTouch® technology, which prevents exposed surfaces from overheating.
The collections are all available in Chrome, Matt Black, Matt White, Brushed Brass and Stainless Steel finishes but each has a distinct character:
T-500 offers clean dial control in Round or Square forms, with one or two outlet configurations, plus an exposed thermostatic bar shower valve. Its pared-back aesthetic makes it a versatile fit across a wide range of bathroom styles.
T-3000 also has a choice of Round or Square forms, but introduces push-button switching for a more intuitive, tactile experience.
T-Multi takes the most architectural approach: fully concealed and with a minimal surround. The T-Multi has all-dial control, while T-Multi Switch has push buttons to control flow in each outlet, along with a temperature dial. Choose up to three outlets, for example a hand shower, overhead shower and a bath fill. Alternatively, a hand shower and dual-outlet overhead shower like the Raindream, for the maximum showering experience. Available in the five finishes above, plus Titanium Black as a nod to the darker bathroom aesthetic that is now firmly mainstream.
T-500 and T-3000 are compatible with the universal shower valve housing unit RocaBox, which allows for easy installation in stud or solid walls (T-Multi has its own manifold behind-the-wall body). All three collections also pair with Roca’s Plenum or Stella handsets, available in diameters from 100mm to 130mm, with EasyClean silicone nozzles and strong performance even at low flow rates, alongside the RainSense and RainDream overhead showers. Together, the ecosystem is designed to be assembled with confidence, whether specifying for a single bathroom or an entire development.
