Roca Group reports profit and revenue growth after strong financial year

Bathroom product designer and manufacturer, Roca Group, has returned to profit for its 2025 financial year after reporting net earnings of €43million.

The figure shows a significant turnaround from the previous year, where it saw a loss of €61million, which it said was a result of a process of divestment by ending its production and commercial activity in Russia.

Roca says that the 2025 financial year took place in a context of stagnation in construction in much of the Western markets. The Group also noted a change in consumer habits: after several years of high spending on home improvements (driven by the pandemic), consumers began to spend more on services and experiences, thereby reducing spending on categories related to home renovation.

Roca’s net revenue stood at €1.96billion, which represents growth of 3.8% compared to the 2024 financial year. However, the depreciation of many currencies in which the group operate resulted in a final sales increase of 0.6%. Meanwhile, gross operating profit was €273million, in line with previous years.

Roca Group invested €126million in 2025, which went mainly to projects to expand and improve production capacity with new robotic factories, development of the centres of expertise, digitalisation, launch of new products, compliance with the sustainability roadmap and new Gallery spaces. The company is also exploring possible lines of application of AI to the health segment in the bathroom space.

During the financial year, Roca said that it had strengthened its position with two corporate operations: acquiring most of Italian manufacturer, Antonio Lupi Design, and the acquisition of Austalian business, Phoenix Industries.

The company also continued to make progress on its sustainability roadmap, achieving the EcoVadis Platinum Medal for its performance in sustainability for the second year running. The achievement places the group among the top 1% of best-rated companies.

Roca Group was also recognised as one of the leading European companies in climate action in the Europe’s Climate Leaders 2026 ranking, produced by the Financial Times in collaboration with Statista. The company is positioned as the leading manufacturer of bathroom products in Europe within this ranking, which assesses companies from all sectors and countries.
