Nicole Stacey, Baker Estates
Baker Estates has appointed Nicole Stacey as planning director. A chartered town planner, she has over 10 years’ experience in the industry having worked as a consultant on a wide range of developments. Having worked on a number of the housebuilder’s projects in recent years, she joins from Devon based PCL Planning, where she was a director.
Sudipti Singh, Rockwell
Mixed-use property developer Rockwell has announced the appointment of Sudipti Singh as the company’s head of marketing. She brings with her over nine years of experience in several sectors, and overseen award-winning launches of some of London’s most well-known residential and mixed-use developments in recent years.
Yuan Sun, RE Capital
RE Capital has announced it is set to expand into the UK Build to Rent and Build to Sell sectors with a new senior hire, with Yuan Sun joining the company as its head of residential development. She joins from Strawberry Star Homes, with previous roles at London Legacy Development Corporation and Greenland UK.
Paul Wallwork, Allison Homes
Allison Homes has welcomed Paul Wallwork into the team as its new chief financial officer. He received his degree in Accountancy and Finance at Bangor University in Wales, and spent 20 years working for a variety of PLCs. For the last 14 years, he has carried out interim work for a range of property businesses.
Tim Wardley, Spicerhaart
Spicerhaart has promoted its group managing director for land and new homes to the board. Tim Wardley started his career as a part-time negotiator working weekends whilst studying for a BSc in Estate Management and subsequently enjoyed a successful 30+ years at Connells before joining Spicerhaart in June 2017.
Elisabetta Li Destri Nicosia, Amro Partners
Elisabetta Li Destri Nicosia has joined Amro Partners in the newly formed role of director for sustainability & ESG, with vast experience in environmental design, architecture and building performance gained from five years working as an architect and 10 years at HTA Design as a sustainability consultant and senior associate in sustainable futures.
Hazel Bell, NIFHA
Hazel Bell OBE has been appointed as the new chairperson of the Northern Ireland Federation of Housing Associations (NIFHA), encompassing over 53,000 social and affordable homes. She is a graduate in town and country planning from Newcastle University, as well as qualifying in marketing at Ulster University.
Nigel Hopkins, mhs homes
Kent-based housing association, mhs homes has appointed Nigel Hopkins as its new chair. He has over 30 years’ director and board experience in commercial and not-for-profit sectors. He has has nine years as non-executive director of Places for People and has also recently been appointed to the board of L&Q.
Malone Roberts, Hampshire Trust Bank
Hampshire Trust Bank has announced the appointment of Malone Roberts as lending manager for the North West within its Specialist Mortgages Lending division. He joins after three years at Shawbrook Bank where he started as a lending administrator before being promoted to business development executive in November 2020.
