London Square launches Sales Academy to grow future talent

London Square has launched its Sales Academy, a purpose‑built development programme designed to nurture home‑grown sales talent.

Sandra Bruce, who has been with London Square for the past 15 years as head of sales and now as head of customer experience, said: “Our aim is to develop people who truly understand what it means to deliver the level of service and experience our customers both expect and deserve. It is a strategic investment in our future, supporting the delivery of our business plan and ensuring we continue to build a high‑performing, consistent and customer‑focused sales team.”

“Our goal is to embed the principles of the signature London Square experience into our emerging talent from day one – to impress our customers, drive sales, and strengthen our reputation across the market. It is an opportunity to learn, grow, and — for those who excel — progress into a full‑time role with us.”

Applications for the pilot scheme opened in late 2025, supported by a detailed five‑stage recruitment process, from initial application through to a group assessment day. The first cohort is already underway, and candidates will complete a 16‑week paid, structured training programme, beginning with two weeks of classroom‑based learning at London Square’s head office in West London. This will be followed by two weeks of on‑site experience, shadowing sales teams, building capability, sharing knowledge and gaining real customer interaction.

London Square plans to open applications to the London Square Sales Academy twice a year.

London Square currently has a strong portfolio across the capital, including prime schemes, such as Westminster Tower opposite the Houses of Parliament, 50 Brook Green in  West London and County Hall Kingston. The developer also has major regeneration projects offering homes for first‑time buyers, families and those seeking affordable options.

Sandra Bruce added: “Wherever our customers choose to buy, our sales team goes above and beyond. First‑time buyers are just as important to us as those investing in a prime London home. Our ambition is to create such a compelling customer experience that people return to London Square throughout their property journey.”
