Rebecca Napier, Barratt Redrow
Barratt Redrow has appointed Rebecca Napier as chief financial officer (CFO) and executive director of the group, to join with effect from 3 August 2026.
Napier began her career at Deloitte and having qualified as a Chartered Accountant is now an experienced business leader with a strong track record across finance, strategy, investor relations, transformation and performance. Most recently, she was CFO of Britvic plc until its acquisition by Carlsberg Group in 2025. She had previously spent 17 years at IAG plc, including as CFO of British Airways. Rebecca

Steve Lambley, Allison Homes
Allison Homes has appointed experienced land specialist Steve Lambley as land director for its growing East Midlands team, supporting the company’s plans to expand into the West Midlands as part of its next phase of growth.
Since 2001, Lambley has been working in land and planning for national housebuilders and affordable housing providers, and for five years he also ran his own land consultancy business.
Of his appointment, he said: “This is a very exciting opportunity for Allison Homes to grow into the West Midlands and I’m genuinely looking forward to representing the company in this new area.
“What attracted me to Allison Homes was its strong culture and clear vision and values. The business has an excellent reputation for looking after its people, delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and doing what it says it will do, which makes it an exciting organisation to be part of.”
Ian Robinson, Breck Homes
Breck Homes has appointed Ian Robinson as contracts manager as the company continues to build its presence across Yorkshire.
Robinson has joined from Bellway Yorkshire and brings extensive construction and site management experience to the role, having worked across a range of senior positions within the housebuilding sector. Previous roles include construction director at Hogg Builders, construction manager at V&A Homes and Yelcon Homes, and senior site manager positions with Barratt and Bellway Homes.
Nigel Robson, regional MD (Yorkshire) at Breck Homes, said: “Ian brings a proven track record in construction management, with the technical knowledge and hands-on experience needed to deliver affordable homes at pace, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.”
Robinson added: “Breck is building something exciting across the North and I wanted to be part of that journey. There is a real opportunity for Breck to be a major force in housebuilding and I am looking forward to playing a role in that.”
Two appointments, Persimmon Homes
Persimmon Homes has announced two further senior appointments
Its North Midlands has appointed a new managing director. Charlotte Goode (pictured left) joins from Keepmoat, where she was most recently a divisional chair and a member of the executive board, with responsibility for four regional businesses. Before that, she served as regional managing director for the West Midlands and South West.
Training a Chartered Certified Accountant with Deloitte before moving into senior leadership roles across the sector, Goode has more than 20 years’ experience in housebuilding and construction.
An ACCA charted certified accountant, James Holmes (pictured right) takes over the reins as finance director for its East Wales region. He joins the company after serving in the same position for Barratt Redrow Southampton. Previous to this, he spent a decade working as finance manager in their South Wales division but also had a stint working in Wiltshire.
Two appointments, Keepmoat
Keepmoat has strengthened its West Midlands regional office with a pair of senior promotions.
Martyn Grimes, head of land and partnerships, has been promoted to director of land and partnerships, alongside Emma Urie, formerly head of sales and now stepping into the role of sales director.
Grimes (pictured right) joined the team in 2024, he recently spearheaded the region’s collaborations with Walsall and Smethwick Councils on Locksmith Quarter demolition works and the Friar Park regeneration project, which will see more than 600 homes created through the partnership, transforming derelict brownfield land.
Urie (pictured left) has been promoted following two-and-a-half years as head of sales. In her new role, she will oversee sales across a portfolio of developments including Mill Place in Upper Tean, Stallings Place in Kingswinford and Sketchley Meadows in Nuneaton, while also shaping the sales strategy for upcoming sites being brought forward by the Land and Partnerships team.
Liza-Jane Kelly, Knight Frank
Knight Frank has announced the appointment of Liza-Jane Kelly as head of London Residential Sales.
Kelly was formerly head of London Residential at Savills and will join the firm in September as a proprietary partner working alongside Rory Penn, current head of London Residential Sales, during a transition period before he takes on the role of senior partner and group chair in April 2027. Her 25 years of London market experience includes roles at Hamptons International and Marsh & Parsons.
Kelly said: “I’m absolutely delighted to be joining Knight Frank and to be working alongside such a talented, respected team. Knight Frank’s reputation in the London market is exceptional, I am looking forward to building on that legacy and helping shape the future of our residential business in the capital.”

Louise Glanville, Strutt & Parker
Strutt & Parker has appointed Louise Glanville as its head of national town and city markets, a newly created director role.
Glanville joins following almost a decade at Knight Frank where she was a partner and head of the Exeter office. The move sees her return to Strutt & Parker, having worked for the firm early in her career within the New Homes team.
The appointment marks a strategic expansion for the business as she looks to extend their super-prime offering in key cathedral cities across England.
Oliver Custance Baker, dead of the National Country House department, commented: “Louise brings a superb track record, combining strong commercial instinct with the understanding of how to support the growth of a high-performing team.”
Commenting on her appointment, Glanville said: “I’m looking forward to working with colleagues across the country to build on their existing network and help drive the next phase of growth in these prime city markets.”
Multiple appointments, Savills
Savills has expanded its planning team in Cardiff with the appointment of three planners and a new administrator.
Kate Tomos (pictured left) joins from Avison Young as associate director bringing more than 20 years’ experience in environmental planning and Environmental Impact Assessment. Her work has covered a range of sectors including housing, mixed-use development, energy, infrastructure and industrial projects.
Lucy Such (pictured second left) has joined from Tetra Tech as a planner, having gained RTPI chartership in 2025. She has worked on projects across Wales and England, including renewable energy developments and strategic land promotion schemes.
Megan Jones (pictured right) joins as a graduate planner after completing her studies at Swansea University and is currently undertaking a master’s degree at Cardiff University. She will support the team across a range of planning projects.
The firm has also appointed Darcey McCann (pictured second right) as team administrator. She brings more than six years of administrative experience.
Claire Cooper, Touchstone
Touchstone has announced the appointment of Claire Cooper as an associate director to support Jon Clark to focus on new business development among the investor community.
With 17 years’ experience in the Shared Ownership sector in both G15 housing associations and for-profit RPs, Cooper joins from Thriving Investments, where she established a strong track record in Shared Ownership property and asset management and operational leadership in a regulated environment. She is active in several industry working groups, most recently as a founding member of the FPRP Assembly.
Cooper said: “I’m delighted to be joining Touchstone at such a positive time for the business. The organisation has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality property management services to affordable housing customers.
