Independent homebuilder Lioncourt Homes has marked its 20th year with the launch of a new range of homes shaped to reflect the character, heritage and community of the places they are built.
The Distinctly Lioncourt range will feature at the housebuilder’s The Furrows development in Gotherington in Gloucestershire, where 45 homes are being built. Lioncourt says that the new range will “build on the craftsmanship, care, integrity and pride that underpin every Lioncourt home.”
Colin Cole, Chief Executive of Lioncourt Homes, said: “Distinctly Lioncourt is about recognising the individuality of a place and allowing that to shape the homes and surroundings we create.”
“The quality, care and attention to detail are values we bring to every Lioncourt development. This new identity builds on those foundations, and launching it in our 20th year makes this a particularly proud moment for the business.”
The Furrows is the first development to carry the Distinctly Lioncourt name. Set on the edge of the Cotswolds National Landscape, it comprises 45 one to five-bedroom homes, with architecture and materials chosen to complement the village surroundings.
55% of the site is dedicated to public open space, comprising orchard walks, a nature playground and more. Residents will be close to walking routes and village amenities, including The Shutters Inn, Gotherington Village Stores and Post Office, and the village hall, as well as the historic spa town of Cheltenham, located around six miles away.
The development will also make Section 106 contributions towards local facilities and services, including school transport, library provision and sports and play facilities.
Colin added: “Since founding Lioncourt in 2006, we’ve remained focused on building homes people can feel proud of and places where they can feel at home. The Furrows is ideally placed, on the edge of the Cotswolds and surrounded by green space, making it a natural spot for our first venture with Distinctly Lioncourt.”
“It was a pleasure to welcome visitors to The Furrows, hear their first impressions and see their enthusiasm for both the homes and the village they’ll become part of.”
