Award-winning housebuilder Crest Nicholson is preparing to launch 112 homes at Lewin Park, its new development coming soon to Langford, Bedfordshire, in early 2023.
The first phase will consist of 79 properties, comprising a mix of two to five-bedroom homes, providing a range of housing types to respond to local needs and appeal to a variety of prospective buyers, from first-time buyers to families looking to upsize.
The development has been influenced by the natural surroundings of the site, and the 10 available house types have been designed to reflect the character of the local area. The properties all feature flexible layouts, with open-plan kitchen-dining areas and direct access to a private rear garden.

Both Arlesey and Biggleswade train stations are also around a 10-minute drive from Langford.
