Castell Group has announced a major step in its growth strategy, expanding operations beyond South Wales into the wider UK market, into the South West, West Midlands & North West.
As part of this expansion, Castell Group has appointed Nigel Blanchard (pictured) to lead land acquisition.
Castell Group was founded by Dorian Payne in 2019. The South Wales-based property development and construction company specialises in the delivery of high-quality residential and affordable housing schemes, working in partnership with housing associations and local authorities with a strong focus on design, build quality, and reliable project delivery.
The group currently has a development pipeline of approximately 1,000 homes and is delivering around 300 new homes annually. The move to England marks a significant milestone for the business, positioning Castell Group to deliver across a broader national footprint.
