Berkeley has exchanged contracts with Wandle Housing Association to deliver 74 shared ownership homes at Wandsworth Mills in London’s Zone 2.
Berkeley has agreed the forward sale of the homes to Wandle as part of the housing association’s wider mission to deliver secure and affordable homes in south London.
The homes will be located within Rubia House, which will be in delivery from spring 2027, and form part of the wider 3.4-acre Wandsworth Mills waterside neighbourhood, comprising a total of 383 homes, both new build and Grade II listed, as well as landscaped gardens and 210 metres of transformed river frontage.
All homes at Wandsworth Mills are set within lush, landscaped surroundings. The riverfront is being enhanced through new planting and habitat creation, improving the natural environment, supporting biodiversity and providing a tranquil and relaxing setting for residents.
