Kingswood Homes launches two new show homes at Green Hills development

Kingswood Homes has created two brand new show homes at its Green Hills Farmstead Collection, which will be launched on 24 August.

The award-winning housebuilder will be opening a five-bedroom Farmhouse 5 and four-bedroom Forge 5 from its most efficient house type range at the Farmstead Collection.

The newest homes on Kingswood’s Farmstead Collection come with a high specification and include over £15,000 worth of energy-saving extras to save buyers money on their energy bills, including solar PV roof panels, shower heat recovery systems and increased insulation. The Farmstead homes have a contemporary finish inspired by Lancashire barns with full-height windows and natural cedar cladding detail.

Architectural director, James Brown said: “We can’t wait to show customers our brand-new show homes at Green Hills including the Forge 5 which we have never seen as a show home before. We want to showcase the excellent specification and finish of our homes as well as the stunning development which has an abundance of open green space for families to enjoy. These are our most energy-efficient homes yet and are better for you, better for the environment and better all round. We are also the only housebuilder to offer flexible floorplans which puts the customer in charge of the layout of their home.”

Kingswood’s Shape Your Home option allows customers to choose a house type and then pick from a range of floor plans to suit them, essentially creating a bespoke property.

Kingswood also offers an Assisted Move scheme to help potential buyers move if they have a house to sell, as well as a Recommend a Friend scheme, which encourages existing owners of a Kingswood home to bring friends and family along to a new development.
