United Trust Bank (UTB) is providing funding for the construction of two new luxury residential developments in Beaconsfield and Marlow by Zafiro Homes Limited, with a combined GDV of £21.6million.
UTB’s facility is supporting the acquisition of the land and development of two luxury homes in sought-after Beaconsfield, with five-bedroom accommodation provided over three floors. The first home predominantly draws upon French classical design principles while the the second is of neo-Georgian design. Both comprise high-end specifications and bespoke architectural features and are valued at £6.5million and £5.5million respectively.
Also being funded is Zafiro Homes’ Beechwood Heights development in Marlow, a gated scheme comprising three Edwardian-inspired luxury homes priced from £2million.
Zafiro Homes says that both projects reinforce its dedication to creating high-end residences that cater to affluent and discerning buyers.
The developments will build on Zafiro Homes’ track record of delivering high-net-worth and bespoke housing across the Home Counties. The housebuilder says it will continue to grow its pipeline of prime residential developments, now approaching £60million GDV.
Mickey Garner, managing director of Zafiro Homes Limited, commented: “We are delighted to have secured UTB’s support on these two fantastic projects, which mark another milestone in our continued expansion. UTB has been instrumental in facilitating our impressive growth, and we look forward to many more successful collaborations in the future.”
Simon Cartwright, director – property development for United Trust Bank, commented: “Mickey and his team at Zafiro Homes understand their market completely and have established an enviable reputation for creating beautiful and impressive homes which sell to the most discerning buyers. Their attention to detail in providing luxury living is unsurpassed and I am delighted that UTB has been able to support their two latest developments.”
“UTB will continue to support experienced and ambitious housebuilders dedicated to growing their businesses, often by supporting phased developments and multiple simultaneous schemes. I am sure our new relationship with Zafiro Homes will go from strength to strength.”
