Pye Homes announces its first suppliers for 6,000 Welborne Garden Village

Pye Homes has announced the first wave of suppliers who will be working with the housebuilder as part of the delivery of the 6,000-home Welborne Garden Village scheme in Hampshire.

Having been appointed by the master developer, Hampshire-based Buckland Group, Pye Homes, alongside CG Fry & Son and Thakeham Homes, have begun work on the first 700 homes at Welborne Garden Village, with a proportion of those initial properties now complete. The Pye Homes showhome will be available to view from autumn 2025.

The suppliers named by Pye Homes will work alongside the developer on both the interior and exterior of its portion of the scheme. These include Oxfordshire-based Minoli Tiles, kitchen sinks and taps from Blanco, sanitaryware by Gerberit and showers and bathroom taps from Grohe.

Ohme EV chargers will be fitted at the homes alongside windows from Roseview Windows, while Abbey Artstone will provide architectural masonry and stonework and landscaping will be undertaken by Deacon Design.

The Pye Homes show home will be styled by Phoenix Interior Design and the sales office by BLOCC Interiors.

Danielle Simpson, sales director at Pye Homes, commented: “We’re excited to share with our customers the first details on the specification for Welborne Garden Village; we’re working with some fantastic brands who will not only complement both each other and our house designs, but whose ethos and approach mirror our own.”

Damian Read, construction director at Pye Homes, added: “We enjoy excellent relationships with all our partners, and that has never been more true or important than at Welborne, where we are working closely with Buckland Group and two other housebuilders. These suppliers we’re announcing exemplify how we like to work closely and collaboratively on every project.”

Blending traditional architecture with modern technology, Welborne is designed to be a sustainable, future-proof community featuring a range of homes from one to five bedrooms, alongside extensive green spaces and local amenities including shops, business premises and a pub and hotel. The new community will be one of the largest private housing developments of its kind in the UK.
