Regional housebuilder, Bargate, has officially launched Admirals Green, the fifth and final phase of its £128million development in Warsash, Hampshire.
Admirals Green represents the final chapter of Bargate’s scheme, which spans 34 acres and will ultimately provide 354 eco-focused homes. The latest phase will deliver 126 homes, with a mix of two to four-bedroom homes for the open market and a range of affordable housing delivered in partnership with VIVID.
Bargate marked the launch with the opening of a new three-bedroom show home, designed to give prospective buyers an opportunity to experience the developer’s design, layout and specifications.

Typical features of a Bargate home include locally supplied bespoke kitchens with integrated Neff appliances, on-trend bathrooms with Porcelanosa tiles, fibre-optic broadband, and energy-saving Google Nest thermostat heating controls as standard. Energy efficiency plays a key role in the design of the houses, with air-source heat pumps, solar PV panels and EV charging points included as standard.
Alongside the homes, the final phase at Admirals Green will feature open green spaces, new ponds, hedgerows, nesting and roosting features for birds and bats and a new play area.
Located less than a mile from Warsash village centre, Admirals Green offers access to local shops, cafés and riverside walks, as well as connections across the Solent via the nearby Hamble ferry.
