Paul Shaw, RedrowRedrow Midlands has appointed Paul Shaw as regional director, bringing over 30 years of industry experience to the role. He started his journey in construction as a trainee estimator, gaining practical, hands-on experience and working his way up the career ladder over the following 33 years.

 

Russ Hall, The Banks Group

Russ Hall, The Banks GroupThe Banks Group has chosen experienced industry professional Russ Hall as managing director of its long-standing property development arm. He brings with more than 20 years’ sector experience from a range of senior property roles in both the public and private sectors. Hid previous role was managing director of Taylor Wimpey North East.

 

Jasmine Boodhoo, Barratt David Wilson

Jasmine Boodhoo, Barratt David WilsonBarratt and David Wilson Homes Cambridgeshire have welcomed Jasmine Boodhoo as a marketing co-ordinator at its Peterborough-based head office. The 21-year-old joined at the end of 2022 after gaining experience within another industry. She had previously completed an apprenticeship with a modular accommodation company.

 

Multiple appointments, Anwyl Homes

Gareth Haslam, Luke Bush, Renata Bochenek, Patrick Burke and Gareth Rogers, Anwyl HomesAnwyl Homes has announced promotions and new appointments to its technical team. Gareth Haslam has been promoted to senior design manager and Luke Bush has stepped up to assistant development engineer. Renata Bochenek joins as pre-construction manager, Patrick Burke as adoptions manager and Gareth Rogers as utility coordinator.

 

David Scott, ilke Homes

David Scott, ilke HomesIlke Homes has appointed David Scott as chief operating officer. He has previously held senior roles at Tesco and Deliveroo, and most recently was COO at ecommerce business Thread. He commented: “Modular housing is a tremendously exciting sector to be in right now, and ilke Homes’ leading position makes my role all the more compelling.”

 

Jonathan Ainley, Savills

Jonathan Ainley, SavillsSavills has appointed a head of its Manchester planning team. Jonathan Ainley. He was promoted to director earlier this month and will also sit on the firm’s Northern Planning Management Board. He joined Savills in 2017 as an associate, and prior to that spent nine years in local authority as both a planner and senior planner.

 

Iwan Trefor Jones, Adra

Iwan Trefor Jones, AdraIn May, Iwan Trefor Jones will succeed Ffrancon Williams as chief executive of Adra, North Wales’ largest housing association. He has been deputy chief executive for Adra for several years and has extensive experience of working in local government and the housing sector. He is also a former member of the North Wales Ambition Board.

 

Eve Foster, Antler Agency

Eve Foster, Antler AgencySouthampton-headquartered Antler Agency has expanded its Property PR division. Eve Foster has joined from Kent-based agency Calvermont and has over two years of experience in property public relations, works alongside managing director Lottie Crossley to deliver communication strategies and campaigns for housebuilders and property specialists.

 

Two appointments, Rendall & Rittner

Jo Watson and John Osborn, Rendall & RittnerRendall & Rittner has recently appointed Jo Watson as its head of new business and promoted John Osborn to business development manager. Watson initially joined Rendall & Rittner as a team leader in 2012, leaving for Canary Wharf Group in 2015. Osborn was previously a property team manager in one of the company’s London divisions.
