Chris Parker, Newland Homes
Newland Homes has announced the promotion of Chris Parker to the role of head of marketing. He brings a wealth of experience to this position, having worked in sales and marketing since the late 90s when he secured his first role with Beazer Homes. Chris joined Newland Homes as marketing manager in 2013.
Garry Cornell, Redrow
Redrow has appointed Garry Cornell as sustainability director. Formerly head of environment and sustainability for Yondr Group, Garry brings 30 years of experience working in the UK and internationally. As well as the construction industry, he has worked in aviation, defence and manufacturing industries, and is a published author.
Lisa Riley, Persimmon
Persimmon East Scotland has announced the appointment of Lisa Riley as its new head of customer care. She joins from Robertson Homes, where she was head of customer care, having spent five years with the firm. She brings with her a track record of managing high-performing customer care teams, with more than ten years of customer service experience.
Ross Stoddart, Ida Homes
Ross Stoddart has been appointed construction manager by Ida Homes in Morpeth. Northumberland-bred Stoddart qualified as an apprentice plumber and then worked in construction for a few years. Following time in the offshore oil and gas sector, he then returned as assistant manager to a local housebuilder prior to his new role.
Three appointments, Clixifix
Contech and proptech businesses clixifix®, has hired three new staff members. Graham Ravenhall joins as key account manager; Chloe Court bring years of account management experience to the role of customer success executive; and Newcastle University Business School graduate Nora Keling Cao is now a sales development representative.
Two appointments, Athena Surfaces
Athena Surfaces has welcomed Chris Powell and Rob Williams as non-executive director and national installations manager respectively. Chartered accountant Powell has a first-class honours degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Exeter; following nine years at PWS Worksurfaces, Williams arrives after 18 years in the KBB industry.
Kelly Bream, Bidwells
Bidwells has appointed experienced property leader Kelly Bream as its chief operating officer to lead the company’s nine UK offices. She spent nine years as operations director at the Berkeley Group, and co-founded VervLife, a specialist Build to Rent (BTR) & Co-Living consultant and operator and Navana Property Group.
Melanie Miotti, Rendall & Rittner
Melanie Miotti has been appointed by Rendall & Rittner as general manager of Pegasus’s Fitzjohn’s retirement development in Hampstead. She brings a wealth of experience in residential development management including being residence manager at Chelsea Barracks for three years and customer service experience within the luxury sector.
