Alison Taylor-Shaw, Harron Homes
Harron Homes has welcomed a new sales and marketing director, Alison Taylor-Shaw, to its Yorkshire division based in Leeds. Starting out as a sales executive and has had roles at other housebuilders, including involvement in the creation of Cameron Homes. She joined Harron Homes as sales director helping to set up a new region.
Tim Simmons, RoyaleLife
Tim Simmons has joined RoyaleLife as business development director. He has worked in the estate agency sector for more than 30 years, starting as a negotiator in his home town of Weymouth and rising to CEO of Humberts. He said: “Moving to RoyaleLife is an exciting new challenge. Without doubt the company is making a big impression.”
James Hogan, Spring
Residential homebuying service Spring has recruited James Hogan as its new head of partnerships to work with new homes agents and developers across the country. He brings over 15 years’ experience and joins from Leaders Romans Group, where he was group corporate director, and has also worked at Move with Us and Spicerhaart Land and New Homes.
Tony Wilson, The Hansgrohe Group
Tony Wilson will be joining the sales team at The Hansgrohe Group in the role of national sales manager, eCommerce and DIY. He brings with him Tony brings a wealth of bathroom industry experience and knowlegde gained over many years working with both Grohe and MIRA. His last role at Grohe was head of its UK kitchen channel.
Two appointments, Cruden Building
Cruden Building has announced Terri Chisholm joining as chief buyer and Colin Bain taking up the role of maintenance contracts manager. Both have over 20 years of experience: Chisholm has worked at Merchant Homes, Morris & Spottiswood and Keyline Builders Merchants, Bain with Lovell Partnerships, Robertson Partnerships and most recently, at Engie Regeneration.
