Tell us a little about TriConnex and your role at the company
TriConnex is a longstanding leading multi-utilities company solely supporting residential developers with seamless connections to electricity, water, gas, fibre and enabling adoption of drainage. We operate across the South East, Midlands, South West and North, providing a fully integrated connection service to meet the changing needs of developers.
As co-founder and business development director, my role is to ensure that we stay one step ahead of market trends, regulation and innovations for our customers. Feeding the business with deliverable work that allows us to showcase our unique set of skills in what is becoming a very noisy and complex market. Predicable consistency is key day in day out rather than chasing the latest trends.
What role does TriConnex play in the housebuilding process and how does the company support developers?
We help developers from the very start of any project by providing guidance on time and cost issues that affect the value and deliverability of any new housing development. We then stay in touch with each project, amending our approach as the details become more fixed, ready to kick the project off and our multi-utilities approach ensures clients get the connections they need on time, with reduced risk and costs.

What does the future hold for TriConnex?
We are quietly building a growing portfolio of new projects that we are working hard to prepare for rapid delivery when the market needs it. Resources to deal with the upward trend in any cycle are key to fulfilling your promises to your customer. Anyone can deliver when the market is depressed. Consistency and dependency is key.
