London Belgravia Brokers, the UK’s largest independent broker of latent defects insurance, has announced the creation of its Construction All Risks division and the appointment of Henry South at the helm as Head of Construction Insurance.
The new department will focus on providing construction all risk, site-specific insurances as well as annual renewable lines.
Henry South (pictured) joins from Marsh JLT Specialty where he was part of the Owners and Developers team. Henry has extensive experience working with many of the UK’s leading residential and commercial developers, placing a broad spectrum of Construction Insurances and advising clients and institutions alike.
Henry will be supported by Bee Stillman-Jones, who joins the new division from London Belgravia Brokers LDI team.
Henry said: “I am very excited to be joining London Belgravia as it continues to grow and deliver market-leading advice and service. The addition of CAR to LBB will offer clients a much-needed holistic option for their construction insurances in a time where margins and insurance coverage is under significant scrutiny.”
