Terry Byrne, Croudace Homes
Croudace Homes has appointed Terry Byrne as the new build director for its North Thames region, responsible for overseeing operations across seven active sites in the region.
With qualifications in construction management, site management and business, he was previously contracts manager at both Bloor Homes Eastern and Persimmon Homes. Byrne started his career in HM Forces, serving in the Parachute Regiment, before becoming an athlete with British Cycling, representing the nation on the global stage, setting multiple world records and winning a world title for Great Britain in the velodrome.
Byrne remarked: “The business places a strong emphasis on delivering a high-quality product, which was something that really appealed to me. I’m really looking forward to building on what is already a fantastic product and continuing to push quality even further across the region.”

Nic Davenport, Dandara
Dandara has appointed Nic Davenport as divisional finance director for its national housebuilding division
Davenport joins from Vistry Group, where he held a range of senior roles including divisional finance director of the West division. He began his career as an auditor at Deloitte, working with clients such as Taylor Wimpey.
Of his appointment, Davenport said: “Working for Dandara is an honour for me as the company embodies the values I believe a housebuilder should have – a passion for building excellence and customer service, alongside a strong commitment to the communities it serves. I’m looking forward to spending time across the regions, supporting the teams as the business continues to grow.”
Trevor Dempsey, CEO at Dandara, added: “Nic brings with him strong financial and operational experience from across the housebuilding sector, that makes him a valuable addition to the team. His experience gives him an insight into the day-to-day challenges of a housebuilding business, that goes far beyond the balance sheets.”
Zoe Evans, Allison Homes
Zoe Evans has been promoted to group human resources director at Allison Homes.
She began her career in the travel industry, joining as a YTS apprentice and progressing to regional sales manager, overseeing 32 retail travel stores. Following the completion of a degree in human resources, she gained experience as an HR manager across several different industries. Evans joined Allison Homes three years ago as head of HR.
Commenting on her promotion, she said: “I was extremely proud to be given the opportunity to continue leading our people strategy over the next few years. I am keen to ensure we keep strengthening our people offering and position Allison Homes as an employer of choice within the industry.”

Nia O’Sullivan, Prospect Homes
Prospect Homes has announced the promotion of Nia O’Sullivan to head of sales and customer services.
O’Sullivan joined the company as customer care manager in 2023, stepping into the role of head of customer service in July 2025, and has played a major role in driving inclusivity across the company, championing diverse talent in both its workforce and development projects.
O’Sullivan said: “Stepping into the role of head of sales and customer services is an incredible opportunity, and I’m proud to continue my journey with Prospect Homes.”

Matt Grant, Wain Estates
Strategic land company Wain Estates has strengthened its planning team with the appointment of Matt Grant as senior planning manager, to be based at the company’s Warrington HQ.
Grant, who has a MSc in town planning, brings 12 years’ experience across both public and private sectors, including in-house and consultancy roles. He joins Wain Estates from a national housebuilder, where he spent four years as a planning manager.
Commenting on his appointment, Grant said: “I’m thrilled to be joining the team at Wain Estates during what is an extremely exciting period in the strategic land world. The Government’s reforms to national planning policy have provided what may well be a once in a generation opportunity to boost housing delivery on sustainable sites across the country.”
Wain Estates planning director, Neil Lewis, added: “Matt’s experience strengthens the team as we continue to grow our strategic land portfolio across the UK.”
Chris Duggan, Lloyds Living
Lloyds Living has appointed Chris Duggan as chief investment officer
Duggan returns to the business he helped establish after several years at Legal & General, where he was investment director in its single-family rental arm. He was also part of the founding senior team at Citra Living, which later rebranded as Lloyds Living.
A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holding the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation, he brings back with him some 15 years of investment experience. Earlier in his career, Duggan spent seven years in capital markets at JLL and Knight Frank, advising institutional investors on residential and mixed‑use transactions.

Jonathan Riley, TALO
Offsite timber housing specialist TALO has appointed Jonathan Riley as head of commercial for its ultra-low energy housebuilding solutions, leading the company’s design and project management teams.
Riley joined TALO in 2022 as chief commercial officer for Scotland, bringingmore than two decades of experience in the residential property sector, which has included close collaboration with residential property developers, registered providers, housebuilders and homebuyers.
Bengt Magnussen, founding director of TALO, said of Riley: “is experience across multiple housing tenures is invaluable as we continue to expand our service offering and support a wider range of housing providers and developers to help meet the demand for new housing.”
Riley added: “What attracted me to TALO is the genuine social impact of what the business is trying to achieve. The UK urgently needs to rethink how we build new homes. The potential for TALO in the UK market is enormous.”
Stewart Moore, Host
Residential operations platform Host has appointed Stewart Moore as chief executive officer as it accelerates growth across Build to Rent, co‑living and wider living sectors.
Moore brings more than two decades of senior leadership experience across the UK and European living sectors. Over the course of his career, he has worked across PBSA, BTR, single‑family and multi-family living, notably playing a central role in scaling CRM Students into one of Europe’s largest student accommodation operators.
He was more recently a member of the executive team at Retirement Villages Group before consulting across the operational real estate spectrum. His experience spans start‑ups, scale‑ups and mature platforms.
He commented: “The living sector continues to grow well beyond traditional purpose-built student housing, and there is a significant opportunity in co‑living and multi and single family homes for platforms that can bring operational rigour, brand clarity and real on‑the‑ground experience. We are very much open for business.”
