Property data provider Hometrack has been awarded a three-year contract by Homes England to deliver comprehensive housing market intelligence data.
These statistics will support the government agency’s regeneration and housing delivery goals over the next four years.
UK-based Hometrack is best known for providing automated property valuations, market intelligence, and housing insights. It is widely used across the mortgage lending, real estate, public sector, and financial services industries.
This contract runs through to 31 March 2028 (with the option to extend for a further year) and marks a significant investment in data-driven policy development and spatial planning.
The insights delivered by Hometrack will provide a detailed and in-depth, monthly view of the UK housing market, covering every house sale and its price, and will be central to shaping national and local housing strategies, unlocking regeneration potential, and informing public investment.
The partnership will help provide a firm foundation for the UK government’s housing targets, including Chancellor of the Exchequer Rachel Reeves’s commitment to build 1.5million new homes.
“We’re proud to be supporting Homes England with data insights that empower local regeneration and sustainable growth,” said Charlie Bryant, CEO of Hometrack. “Our analytics will provide strategic investment and policy solutions with greater precision.”
