Crest Nicholson has completed the purchase of a new parcel of land at Norton Fitzwarren in Taunton, Somerset.
The national housebuilder currently has a live planning application pending on the site, with construction targeted to commence in 2024 that will deliver more than 300 private and affordable homes.
The village of Norton Fitzwarren in Somerset benefits from excellent transport links across the South West and is less than two miles from Taunton train station, as well as being close to the town centre with great links to the M5. Several schools are located close by alongside local shops and useful amenities.
As part of the build, Crest Nicholson will complete the construction of Great Western Way on the southern edge of Norton Rise, which will provide strong connections for the site and village and take pressure off the B3227 between Taunton and Wiveliscombe.
