Comer Homes has announced the launch of a dedicated affordable housing arm – Dovepark Properties. The new division will manage and maintain over 200 units across the group’s portfolio of residential developments throughout the UK.
The division launched with 40 affordable rent units situated at Comer Home’s flagship BTR development, Whyteleafe House, in Surrey. This has seen a positive initial uptake, with 10 qualifying applicants reserving homes in the first week of release. Dovepark Properties also manages 12 apartments at Tower Point, a contemporary residential tower in Enfield, and four homes at Royal Winchester House, a design-driven development in the heart of Bracknell.
Dovepark Properties will also launch an additional 28 affordable units in the riverside scheme, Mast Quay, in the Royal Borough of Greenwich, in spring 2024.
The affordable housing arm has further plans to add to its collection, with 43 shared ownership and affordable rent houses and apartments at a gated development in Chalfont St Giles, and will release 130 apartments which will be available through shared ownership and affordable rent at Royal Brunswick Park in New Southgate.
Dovepark has a number of units currently in the planning stages too, with affordable homes in largescale developments in Southend and Aberdeen.

Dovepark Properties has become the latest addition to the extensive Comer Group, which also includes Comer Homes, Comer Groups International, Comer Group Ireland, Comer Property Management UK and Comer Business & Innovation Centres, extending the company’s presence across Ireland, Germany, mainland Europe, USA and Africa.
