Australian property developer, Third.i, has opened its first international head office in London to tap into local demand.
Having already built up a £185million pipeline of new build homes in the city, the developer has a further £130million planned following the recent acquisition of Westminster Tower in Lambeth, renamed ‘The Doulton’, which will launch in September 2023.
As part of its ongoing investment into London’s property market, the new office will enable the firm to build a UK-based team, which is being headed up by Co-Founder, Ron Dadd. The team will focus on pursuing land and development opportunities throughout Greater London and promoting their London portfolio to prospective buyers and buy-to-let investors.
The London office will also house the marketing suite for Third.i’s residential scheme, Graphite Square in Vauxhall, which will be launched later this summer. Graphite Square comprises of 160 new homes, 80,000 sq ft co-working office space and landscaped communal gardens with elements to enhance biodiversity. The marketing suite will offer interactive virtual tours and allow potential buyers to view different design options, colour palettes and material samples.
This international expansion follows a successful year of sales and growth for the business in the UK and Australia, with Third.i on track to build a billion-pound pipeline over the next five years. In the UK, this includes the acquisition of three additional sites by the end of 2024, which will add a GDV in excess of £500million.
