Salboy and luxury lifestyle brand, Nobu Hospitality, have partnered to deliver the UK’s first Nobu-brand residences, a hotel and a restaurant in the tallest building outside of London.
The project, currently named Viadux 2, is a £360million property development in a prime Machester city centre location and will become the Nobu Hotel Manchester following planning permission due this spring.
The 76-story tower, standing 246 metres tall, will house 160 hotel rooms and a signature Nobu restaurant and bar alongside 452 Nobu residences. Each apartment will feature refined interiors with Japanese details, with residents having access to amenities such as a swimming pool, spa and a dedicated experience team, as well as Nobu dining and room service.
