The latest instalment of our interview series, Inside the Housebuilding Industry is now live.
Our industry covers a wide range of businesses and areas of expertise, and these interviews aim to provide a greater understanding of the people and companies that make up the sector as well as the specific and wider challenges that are faced, as well as the ways that things could be changed for the better.
Show House recently sat down with Paul Sams, Head of Property at Dutton Gregory Solicitors. Dutton Gregory provides a range of legal services, with Paul leading the residential property arm of the company and applying his nationally-recognised expertise in the sector.
In our interview, Paul discusses some of the issues that are most pressing in the industry, including the scrapping of housing targets by the government and the fallout from the Renters Reform bill, as well as the impact these can have on buyers and renters. He also shares his opinion on how the housing industry could be improved and outlines what the future holds for Dutton Gregory.
