Steve Oldacre, Living Space
Solihull-based affordable housing specialist Living Space has promoted its commercial manager Steve Oldacre to commercial director. He is MCIOB chartered and brings to the senior role more than three decades of commercial experience, starting his career at the age of 16 at J. Hickman & Sons as a trainee quantity surveyor.
Jake Adams, Lovell Partnerships
Lovell Partnerships has appointed Jake Adams as graduate land buyer in the east of the UK., as part of its ongoing strategy to nurture and grow its team in the region. He studied real estate and property management at university and joins the team after first taking on work experience at Lovell Partnerships while studying.
Doug Jones, Rangeford Villages
Rangeford Villages has appointed Doug Jones as land and planning director to the management team of its expanding land division. He has over 30 years’ experience in the later living sector through working with key sector players such as Pegasus, Churchill, and Castleoak Care Development.
Three appointments, Allison Homes South
Allison Homes South West has announced three new members of its team. Michele Jones (pictured) has been made head of sales, bringing 20 years of experience in the property industry to the role, including time at Baker Estates and Redrow. Also joining the team is field sales manager Trisha Birch-Hawkins and sales consultant Paul Howard.
Gareth Davis, Adlington Retirement Living
Adlington Retirement Living has welcomed Gareth Davis as land director, as part of a move to expand southwards. He arrives with more than 22 years’ experience in the development sector, 11 of which were spent specialising in the retirement living sector with Churchill Retirement Living and McCarthy Stone.
Kate Morris-Bates, Harworth Group
Harworth Group plc has announced that it has appointed Kate Morris-Bates to the newly created role of group resources and transformation director. With some 20 years’ experience, she has spent the past six years running her own businesses within the wellbeing, learning and development, and executive development sectors.
Emma Garry, Scottish Borders Housing Association
Scottish Borders Housing Association (SBHA) has appointed Emma Garry to a newly created post as its director of development. She is a Chartered Surveyor with almost 20 years’ experience in the affordable housing sector, with roles at Hillcrest and Cullross Limited and more recently with her own consultancy company, Emma Garry Consulting.
Alex McCormack, Centrick
Alex McCormack has been appointed head of new homes and investments at Centrick in the West Midlands, and will operate from the firm’s Birmingham offices. He brings with him more than 16 years’ experience in the property sector, including eight years in Dubai, where he worked for Cluttons and Allsopp & Allsopp selling apartments and villas.
Stuart Bennett, Beauchamp Estates
Stuart Bennett has joined Beauchamp Estates as the new head of sales. He joined Foxtons in 1998 as a sales negotiator at the Notting Hill office, working his way up to senior London area director. He said: “Having left Foxtons after a wonderful 24 years I am delighted to be working for Beauchamp Estates, who are a global leader in luxury property.”
Paul Shilling, Rund
Rund Partnership Limited has appointed Paul Shilling as a director to spearhead its building surveying and projects division. He brings with him over 20 years’ of experience with his previous role being Partner at a project management consultancy for 10 years. He is also a Chartered Member of RICS.
