Wavensmere Homes has launched a preferential service for existing customers who have purchased two or more of its homes to date. Clique, a fee-free membership platform, has already amassed 500 members.
The roll-out of the Clique platform comes ahead of Wavensmere’s sales launches for three new schemes located across Derby – delivering around 550 houses and apartments – and the firm’s major development opportunities in Cheltenham and Wolverhampton. Qualifying members will benefit from priority release notifications, pre-launch pricing, first choice of off-plan plots, access to exclusive mortgage products offering preferential rates, a dedicated sales relationship manager and tenant benefits from the point of completion.
Established in 2015, the Birmingham-based housebuilder handed over the keys to 522 homes during 2023, and recently hit the major milestone of 1,200 completed homes since its inception. The business and its associated SPVs are on track to achieve a £115million turnover during 2024, with a further £1billion of new homes due to be launched, or in planning.

Wavensmere Homes is currently constructing the £106million Belgrave Village development in central Birmingham and the £130million Barrelman’s Point scheme on the Shotley Peninsula in Suffolk. The firm has also become one of Derby’s most prominent residential developers, with its £175million multi-award-winning Nightingale Quarter serving as a landmark regeneration and restoration asset in the region. The former Derbyshire Royal Infirmary on London Road, which had laid derelict for a decade, is in the final phase of being transformed into a vibrant new community, including over 900 houses and apartments.
Wavensmere Homes and BBS Capital have submitted a full planning application to Cheltenham Borough Council for the redevelopment of the North Place surface car park, located within the town’s Central Conservation Area. 153 houses and apartments are proposed for Arkle Court, which will sensitively enhance the street scene alongside the Grade II* listed St Margaret’s Terrace.
The company has also recently unveiled detailed plans of the £150million proposals to redevelop Wolverhampton’s Canalside South – a former industrial site benefiting from frontage onto the Wyrley & Essington Canal and the Wolverhampton branch of the Birmingham Main Line Canal. Over 500 eco-focused homes and a range of commercial amenities are proposed for the 17.5-acre site, one of the largest city centre residential development opportunities in the Midlands.
