Brendan Mason, David Wilson Homes
Award-winning site manager Brendan Mason has been brought in for Moorland Gate, a new David Wilson Homes development near Taunton. Winning an NHBC Pride in the Job award earlier this year, he has spent over 40 years in the industry. Regional MD Ian Menham said: “His industry experience and track record for success show he will do a great job.”
James Johnston, Redrow
21-year-old James Johnston has joined Redrow’s two-year graduate training scheme at the housebuilder’s Yorkshire division, undertaking a rotational programme spending time in a number of different departments. Graduating in Geography at the University of Lancaster, he took an interest in working in the industry as his father is a quantity surveyor.
Christine Adams, Bellway
Bellway South Midlands has brought in Christine Adams as sales manager. Based at division’s office in Coventry Business Park, she has worked as an estate agent and has a total of 20 years’ experience in the housing industry, starting in the new build sector four years ago. She manages six sites, looking after a team of sales advisors across five counties.
Martin Dalziel, Countesswells Development
Martin Dalziel, formerly of New Ingliston Ltd and Highland Properties Group Ltd, has joined Countesswells Development Limited (CDL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Stewart Milne Group, as project director to drive delivery of the next phase of Aberdeen’s largest new community to the West of the city.
Jonathan Fair, ILG
Jonathan Fair, regional managing director for McCarthy and Stone in Scotland, has been appointed to Construction Scotland’s Industry Leadership Group (ILG). He brings more than 30 years’ experience in construction and housebuilding having previously held senior positions at Stewart Milne and Homes for Scotland.
Hayley Fielden, Hive Land & Planning
Hayley Fielden has been appointed by Swinton-based Hive Land & Planning as associate director. She arrives from build-to-rent specialist Sigma Capital Group where she was regional director working with housebuilding partners to secure sites and planning consents for PRS family housing across the North West.
Paul Dixon, Chestnut Homes
Chestnut Homes has appointed Paul Dixon to oversee health and safety across its Lincolnshire developments in the newly created position of safety, health, environmental and quality manager. He has worked in health and safety roles in the construction sector for over 10 years, with a further 24 years’ experience in military construction and engineering.
Karl Endersby, Persimmon Homes
Karl Endersby has moved from the South Coast division to head up Persimmon Homes North London as its new director-in-charge. His career started is training to be a civil engineer, achieving a degree from Kingston University. He joined Charles Church in 1998 as an engineer and made technical director of the Southern division around 2008.
