The WhatHouse? Awards Winner’s Dinner took place on Tuesday 28 March and provided a fantastic opportunity for our team, sponsors and winners to come together again and celebrate their successes.
The event took place at the iconic Tower of London, a remarkable location for the best of the housebuilding industry to congregate, and visitors were given the opportunity to explore the tower and see the Crown Jewels within.

Close to 300 guests were in attendance, including members of the WhatHouse? and Showhouse sales, marketing and editorial teams, representatives from the 2022 Awards’ sponsors, including headline sponsor, myenergi, and plenty of people from all of last year’s award winners.
Inside, the walls were emblazoned with the logos of sponsors and winners as guests congregated. Canapés and drinks were served, including a signature cocktail designed by myenergi, as the conversation flowed and faces old and new got acquainted.

Our editorial director, Rupert Bates, then addressed the room to reflect on last year’s awards and congratulate the deserving winners, particularly Berkeley, which took home the coveted Housebuilder of the Year award for 2022.
Entry for the 2023 WhatHouse? Awards is now open, and housebuilders are welcome to submit their applications for the most prestigious awards in the industry. A WhatHouse? award is a highly respected symbol and gives winners the ultimate sales and marketing edge over their competitors and reassures buyers they are purchasing from Britain’s best housebuilders.
