Spitfire Homes has completed the acquisition of a 1.6-acre site formerly occupied by West Midlands Police in Harborne.
Having recently completed the nearby Beaufort collection in Edgbaston, Spitfire intends to transform the new Rose Road site into a scheme of new townhouses and apartments with premium and contemporary interior specifications.

In addition to Harborne, Spitfire has recently acquired a 12-acre site in Coventry to deliver over 180 homes, reinforcing its commitment to delivering much-needed new housing across the Midlands.
