Following a successful placement as part of his T-Level studies at Oldham College earlier this year, Jadon Dooley has returned to Salford-based Muse as an apprentice project manager in the North West.
The appointment comes after a placement as part of a grassroots partnership with Oldham College, launched in October 2023, providing T-level students with a wide range of experiences and career paths within the regeneration sector.
The trailblazing partnership provides students studying Design, Surveying and Planning the opportunity to work with Muse and other partner organisations in the built environment.
Dooley arrived in January 2025 and over the course of several months worked alongside the design and professional consultant teams and their partners on several projects, including the £450million transformation of his hometown, Oldham. Receiving extensive guidance and support from colleagues along the way, he also undertook site visits, attended the UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UKREIIF),
After the successful completion of his placement and studies at college, he has been welcomed Jadon back in the new apprentice role and will balance this role with his time at Salford University where he begins a course in Real Estate Development and Management in this month.

Of his appointment, Dooley commented: “It’s a huge honour to be returning to Muse as apprentice project manager. My time spent with the team was hugely beneficial, not only aiding in my development but giving me the confidence and enthusiasm to want to pursue a career in the regeneration industry.
“When the opportunity arose for me to come back, it was a no-brainer. Muse is not only doing exciting things, but has a genuine, clear, commitment to developing people and providing a wide range of opportunities. I am excited to continue my career progress while helping to deliver exciting new places across the North West – including in my hometown of Oldham.”
