Mulgrave Properties wanted to create a tranquil space in the master bedroom of its four-bedroomed L-shaped barns, which would take advantage of the country location views and reflect the high-quality detailing throughout the property. By incorporating a combination of vertical and sloped VELUX roof windows, Mulgrave Properties significantly increased the levels of daylight in the rooms and created a more spacious, luxurious, well-ventilated living space.
Ensuite bathrooms get their own ‘spa treatment’
To complement the generous proportions of the master bedroom, Mulgrave Properties have additionally taken advantage of the under-pitched-roof space to open up the ensuite bathroom and incorporate a duo combination of two VELUX roof windows to achieve optimal levels of natural daylight and ventilation, creating a light-filled, spacious ensuite bathroom with a ‘spa-like’ feel.
