Michelle Cameron, Persimmon Homes
Michelle Cameron has been named as Persimmon North Scotland’s new finance manager. A management accountant, she joins after eight years at Taylor Wimpey as finance manager. Prior to her career in house building, Michelle worked within the food manufacturing industry, where she spent 10 years as a site finance manager.
Mike Smart, Sovereign Network Group
SNG (Sovereign Network Group), has appointed Mike Smart as its managing director property services. He has held a number of leadership roles, most recently as MD for Workplace and Compliance Services at Bellrock Property Services, and prior to that, head of asset management and transformation at Transport for Greater Manchester.
Several appointments, Hamptons
Craig Tonkin , Mark Cullen, and Mark Breffit have joined the Hamptons team in key roles (regional sales director for Central London, senior head of Kensington sales, and head of sales Sloane Square respectively) bringing an extensive range of expertise and industry knowledge. Additionally, Grant Bates, is now leading Hamptons Private Office in London.
Neil Oxley, Richborough
Richborough has appointed Neil Oxley as senior urban designer at its Birmingham headquarters. Having previously worked with the company as a consultant, he joins from Barratt Homes and previously worked at Pegasus Group and other housebuilders and consultancies, accumulating over 25 years’ industry experience.
