Gemma Price, FEC

Gemma Price, FECGemma Price has joined FEC’s Manchester office as managing director of the estates division, set up to manage company’s 15,000-home pipeline. She arrives after almost five years at Urbanbubble, where she was head of property. Prior to that, Price spent six years with Bruntwood as head of property management.

 

Amy Crisp, Avant Homes

Amy Crisp, Avant HomesAvant Homes has announced the appointment of Amy Crisp as a group head of customer services. She joins from Persimmon Homes where she was regional head of customer care. She has nine years’ experience working in the housebuilding industry, having also held similar positions at Countryside and Taylor Wimpey.

 

Robert Patrick, Persimmon Homes

Robert Patrick, Persimmon HomesPersimmon North Scotland has appointed Robert Patrick as its new land director. James MacKay, the regional MD, said of Patrick: “His knowledge and experience will ensure we can continue to develop a land pipeline that supports the creation of successful and sustainable communities across the North Scotland region.”

 

Chris Higgins, Dandara

Chris Higgins, DandaraDandara has promoted Chris Higgins to the role of managing director for land and partnerships. He joined the company in 2012 and has spent the past six years as land director for its Northern Home Counties region. He said: “I’m greatly looking forward to working with all our regional business units.”

 

Henry Marshall, Placefirst

Henry Marshall, PlacefirstPlacefirst has appointed Henry Marshall in the newly created role of investment director. He has more than 15 years’ experience in real estate investment, specialising in the living sectors. Most recently at Realstar, responsible for the acquisition and asset management of residential investments, he has also held transaction roles at Quintain and Deloitte.

 

David Beggs, Wyatt Homes

David Beggs, Wyatt HomesWyatt Homes has announced the appointment of David Beggs as the new assistant site manager at its Rivers Edge development in Wimborne. The 51-year-old, from Romsey, boasts over 30 years of experience in the finishing trade, including 25 years as a skilled dry liner and plasterer.

 

Chris Collins, Bellway

Chris Collins, BellwayBellway has brought on board a new land manager, Chris Collins, at its Eastern Counties divisional office. He has previously worked as a development land agent for estate agency TW Gaze. With a long-held ambition to work in the property sector, he completed a degree in Property Development and Construction at the University of Portsmouth.

 

Iain Logan, Springfield Properties

Iain Logan, Springfield PropertiesSpringfield Properties has announced the appointment of Iain Logan as chief financial officer. The 49-year-old has served as interim CFO of the company since March 2023 having previously held the positions of finance director and group financial controller over the last three years. Prior to that, he was group financial controller of Omega Diagnostics Group.

 

Three appointments, Castle Green Homes

Alex Bramley, Glyn Saunders, Megan Lewis, Castle Green HomesCastle Green Homes has welcomed three new faces to its commercial team. Alex Bramley, Glyn Saunders have joined as senior quantity surveyors, and Megan Lewis, recently graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a BSC (Hons) in quantity surveying, as junior quantity surveyor.

 

Michael Lynch, Avant Homes

Michael Lynch, Avant HomesAvant Homes North East has announced the appointment of Michael Lynch as finance director. He joins from Dandara and has more than 30 years’ experience in accountancy within the housebuilding, manufacturing and automotive sectors. Regional MD Don Anderson, said: “Michael is an excellent addition to our business.”

 

Sarah Nelson, Casa by Moda

Sarah Nelson, Casa by ModaCasa by Moda has made a key senior appointment with the addition of new operations director Sarah Nelson, who joins with more than two decades of operational experience at senior leadership level within the property sector. Prior to her new role she was a director in the Client Relations team at Fresh.

 

Ami Kotecha, BPF

Ami Kotecha, BPFCo-founder and group president of Amro Partners, Ami Kotecha, has been appointed to the Board of the British Property Federation (BPF) with immediate effect. She holds a number of board and advisory roles including chair of the UK PropTech Association (UKPA), which is in the process of merging with the BPF.

 

Duncan Cooper, Travis Perkins

Duncan Cooper, Travis PerkinsTravis Perkins has appointed Duncan Cooper, who has been FD at Crest Nicholson since 2019, to be its next chief financial officer. Hid career includes eight years in roles at Sainsbury’s including head of investor relations, finance director (food) and director of group finance.
