Jayne Shaw, Rangeford Villages
Rangeford Villages has appointed Jayne Shaw as the new sales advisor for its later living lifestyle community Homewood Grove near Chertsey, Surrey. She said:: “I am joining Rangeford Villages at an exciting time and look forward to overseeing the sales launch of this beautiful new village.”
James Costello, Elevate Property Group
Elevate Property Group has promoted James Costello to managing director. A quantity surveyor, he has been development director of the company for the past two years. Before joining Elevate in 2021, he was a partner and head of cost consultancy at construction consultant Rider Levett Bucknall.
Three appointments, Avant Homes
Avant Homes East Midlands has announced Tony Clarke and Martyn Pask join as construction director and technical director respectively, and Nova Eames as sales and marketing director. Regional chairman, Mark Cook, said: “These senior appointments will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious growth plans within the East Midlands.”
Three appointments, Retirement Villages Group
Retirement Villages Group has made three new appointments to its senior team: Paul Bowtell as the company’s first sustainability manage; a new chief financial officer, Kevin O’Brien; and Chris Liddard as head of information technology. Bowtell said: “Sustainability will be integral moving forwards with the new Thrive Living collection.
Scott Latimer, Harron Homes
Harron Homes has appointed a new part exchange manager, Scott Latimer. He brings an extensive knowledge of the housing market from his previous experience as an estate agent. He commented: “It’s a wonderful feeling to be able to make a buyer’s move so much more stress free.”
Ken MacRae, QB Technology
Advanced modular housing solutions provider QB Technology has hired Ken MacRae as Group CEO, bringing a wealth of development experience from previous companies including Northacre plc. He will be responsible for a particular focus on forging relationships with housing associations and local authorities, and working alongside BTR developers.
Several appointments, igloo
Igloo has made a number of senior appointments. Joe Broadley joins as North East development director; Insiyah Khushnood has been appointed as senior development manager; and Matt Woolgar will be responsible through the full acquisition, design, planning, procurement, construction and sales phases of the development cycle.
Steven McGill, Roca Group
Roca Group UK has announced that Steven McGill has been promoted to national developer manager, covering the whole of the UK. He joined Roca in 2015 with 12 years’ experience in previous roles within the bathroom industry. In 2019, he became residential and project specification manager for Scotland and the Northeast of England.
Harry Bhogal, Hampshire Trust Bank
Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) has announced the appointment of Harry Bhogal as lending manager within its development finance division. He joined in 2021 as a relationship manager. He said: “After two years at HTB and working with some of the best in the industry, it a pleasure to progress my career as a lending manager.”
Lee Marley, Brickwork
Brickwork and scaffolding subcontractor Brickwork has announced the appointment of Matt Sheehan as chief financial officer. He brings 20 years’ experience in finance and joins from Countryside Partnerships, where he was divisional finance director of the Home Counties and South businesses, with previous senior finance roles at Barratt and Mount Anvil.
