Sarah Robson, Karbon Homes

Sarah Robson, Karbon HomesKarbon Homes has appointed Sarah Robson as director of development and asset management. He has accumulated a range of experience in high-profile roles in the North East, having spent nearly 10 years as head of economic development and housing at Durham County Council, including founding Chapter Homes as the council’s market housing company.

 

Sarwjit Sambhi, St Modwen

Sarwjit Sambhi, St ModwenSt Modwen has named Centrica director Sarwjit Sambhi as its new chief executive, replacing Mark Allan and starting his new role on Monday 2 November. He was most recently CEO of Centrica Consumer and a member of the board at Centrica, parent company of British Gas. He held various senior positions during his 19 years at the company.

 

Three appointments, SevenHomes

Christopher Wickham, Aaron Sandhu, Jack Barnes of SevenHomesSevenHomes has expanded its land team with three new appointments. Christopher Wickham has joined land director, with 19 years’ experience at a number of housebuilders; Aaron Sandhu has joined as senior land manager, most recently working for Taylor Wimpey in Leicester; and Jack Barnes is land manager for Gloucestershire and South Worcestershire.

 

Nathan Stevenson, Vistry Group

Nathan Stevenson, Vistry GroupNathan Stevenson has been appointed South East managing director for the housebuilding division of Vistry Group. Headquartered in Caterham, Surrey, he is bringing 12 years’ experience in the housebuilding industry and has joined from Homes for Lambeth. “I’m looking forward to leading this great team,” he said.

 

Two appointments, Project Etopia

Harry Halpin and Declan Walker of Project EtopiaThere are two new members of the Etopia team: Harry Halpin, development manager, said: “I view Etopia’s vision and construction technology as such a ‘common sense’ approach to development.”; and Declan Walker, FEMA specialist (R&D), commented: “I was drawn in by the values of Etopia to provide sustainable buildings and innovate new solutions.”
