Multiple appointments, Story Homes
There are several promotions and new team members at Story Homes. Paul Fleet has taken the helm as regional managing director. Joining him is commercial director John Lee and a team of quantity surveyors, estimators and buyers. In addition, there’s a new land and planning director, Adam Galleymore, and strategic land and planning director, John Winstanley.
Joe Docherty, Bede Homes
There’s a new managing director at Newcastle upon Tyne-based Bede Homes. Former NCG boss Joe Docherty is returning to the property sector after five years as chief executive officer of NCG, the parent company of Newcastle College. He has nearly 20 years of experience in this sector as chief executive of Tees Valley Regeneration and deputy chief executive of Home Group.
Delera Etemadi, Caesarstone
Engineered quartz surfaces specialists Caesarstone has appointed a new sales manager for London, Delara Etemadi. She brings with her extensive account management experience and takes responsibility for growing the brand’s footprint in West and South London. Managing director Amir Reske, said: “2019 has been a strong year for Caesarstone UK.”
