Jason Colmer, Churchill Retirement Living
Churchill Retirement Living has appointed Jason Colmer as regional managing director for its Eastern region. Based in the Group’s regional head office in St Albans, he joins Churchill’s operations board, working closely alongside chairman and CEO Spencer McCarthy to develop the Group’s strategic growth plans for this fast-growing region.
Steven Ball, Taylor Wimpey
Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire has appointed Steven Ball as sales and marketing director. With more than 15 years’ residential property experience, including lengthy tenures in management with corporate estate agencies across the north-east of England. Ball joins the Stockton-on-Tees-based business following five years in sales management at Barratt David Wilson.
Multiple appointments, The New Homes Group
The New Homes Group has welcomed Richard Moon and Jon Barker to the part exchange management team. Moon has extensive experience and knowledge within the asset management sector, Barker spent 16 years in estate agency. The company also promoted Claire Jennings and Andy Rush to account directors within its New Homes Mortgage Helpline.
Maddie Robinson, Hayfield
Maddie Robinson has been promoted to sales manager by Hayfield to manage the sakes team, deal with selling agents and oversee customer service and experience at developments in Worcestershire, Warwickshire and Oxfordshire. With previous jobs at Banner Homes and Lovell Homes, she joined Hayfield in March 2018 as a sales executive.
Two appointments, Miller Homes
There are two new faces at Miller Homes Southern, with the appointment of Nina Fitzgerald as a sales manager and Oliver Brown as a land manager. Fitzgerald has worked in property sales for 30 years and will oversee customer support while Brown brings three-and-half years’ experience and will be sourcing suitable sites and negotiating deals for future developments.
Jason Schofield, Generator South West
A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and with considerable knowledge of the region, Jason Schofield has been appointed development director for Generator South West. He brings many years of experience across sectors such as real estate, infrastructure and consumer, and will be working on major sites, including Bristol and Plymouth.
Multiple appointments, Barratt Homes
Barratt Homes Yorkshire West recently welcomed eight new sales advisers to its range of developments, as well as three internal promotions. The new sales advisers are Ben Bainbridge-Dalton, Tracey Morris, Andy Wake, Hayley Mulrooney, Bradley Armstrong, Joanna Longden, Maria Lazenby and Jan Dalgliesh-Pook. Promotions are for Jake Helm, Gemma Rosindale and Kara Mallas.
Seamus Lennon, IBI Group
IBI Group has promoted Seamus Lennon to studio principal of its Manchester office to lead the Living+ practice nationally, taking over from Neil Lewin to focus on urban land, masterplanning, residential and mixed-use sectors. Having worked for Sergison Bates and Hawkins\Brown, he has been a director with the firm since 2014.
Mike Naysmith, Homes for Scotland
There’s a new addition to the board of Homes for Scotland. Mike Naysmith, managing director of CALA Homes (North), joined the housebuilder in 2010 and brings over 20 years of property and construction experience to his new position with an organisation supporting over 200 companies involved in Scotland’s housebuilding industry.
Multiple appointments, Cameron Homes
Opening a new East Midlands office as part of its expansion has led family-owned Cameron Homes to create 13 new roles, with a further seven to follow this year. Steve Cassie, A former commercial manager and quantity surveyor was the company’s technical director and has been appointed as regional director.
Neil Pickering, Casey
Casey has appointed Neil Pickering as head of development. He has previously been development director for GL Hearn, spent three years as development manager at Ridge & Partners, and was head of area for Homes England for four years. He will work alongside managing director, Chris Casey, at the Rochdale-based group, which currently employs around 300 people.
Three appointments, Muller Property Group
A trio of appointments to its land acquisition team has been announced by Cheshire developer Muller Property Group. Ben Willett is land director, formerly with RBS and Balfour Beatty; Jonothan Croft has worked in the sector since graduating in 1993; and Richard Lawrence joins from Deansgate Group, where he was land acquisitions director.
Richard Parker, M3 Consulting
Richard Parker has joined M3 Consulting as senior development manager. He started his career with nearly four years at BNP Paribas Real Estate then moved over to the client side to London developer Mount Anvil as senior commercial asset manager. Among his projects now is British Land’s 500,000-sq-ft mixed-use Blossom Street in London, E1.
John Bromilow, Rendall & Rittner
John Bromilow has been announced as chief information officer (CIO) by residential property management company Rendall & Rittner. He joins as a statutory Board director with property and construction industry experience as an IT leader, innovator and digital transformation specialist. He has had previous senior roles with ISG plc and Balfour Beatty.
