Latent defects insurance and bond specialist consultancy, London Belgravia Group, has rebranded to LBB.
The announcement coincides with the business surpassing a decade of providing independent, service-led insurance solutions for property developers, housebuilders and contractors.
LBB says that the simplified name and branding denote the company’s straightforward approach that has garnered its loyal client base while its new slogan, ‘Clarity in cover; confidence in construction’ highlights the reliable experience LBB affords developers—in an area that is notably complex.
LBB says that the aim of the business is to cut through jargon and provide clients with access to insurance options that are tailored to their requirements and represent value for money.
Giles Fallan, LBB CEO, commented: “We began as a team of five in a cosy office in Fitzrovia. Now, we are one of the leading LDI consultancies in the UK, with an unrivalled level of in-house expertise.”
“As we celebrate 10 years in business, the timing felt right to revamp our look and feel, while maintaining the core values that have got us here.”
“It has never been more important for developers and housebuilders to have a trusted extension to their businesses; a source of reliable advice and guidance which is with them every step of the way. LBB is that partner.”
In the past few months, various building regulations and acts have come into force, which place additional pressure on developers and housebuilders. The LBB says that it is therefore more important than ever that it can be a reliable partner to its clients, removing the administrative burden and ensuring adequate cover for their projects so they can continue building.
Alex Lyons, commercial director at LBB, added: “The evolution that LBB has experienced over the past 12 months has been impressive, and we are excited to announce details of the progress we have made, especially when it comes to major projects.”
“The timing is perfect for us to unveil a strong, streamlined brand. Our insurer and client relationships, project pipeline, and overall proposition have advanced markedly and now so has our external messaging.”
Leah Bray, operations director at LBB, commented: “Our uniquely high level of service is the cornerstone of LBB’s success, and we wanted to centre that as part of our new branding.”
“I am very proud to be a part of a team that spent more than a decade putting clients first, helping them navigate the warranty process with ease.”
