Introducing LANDED by Show House

LANDED is a new magazine from the publishers of the leading trade title for UK housebuilders, Show House. It will bring together landowners – public and private – and housebuilders in a multi-media forum which promotes progressive thinking, united action, and long-term legacy intentions – landowners as purpose-driven custodians of rural communities and picking their developer partners accordingly, instilling a culture of being ‘good ancestors,’ making decisions as stewards for future generations.

The housebuilding sector and its supply chain sit at the intersection of property development, renewable energy infrastructure, and sustainable land use. The common thread is the land itself. Yet, when it comes to housebuilders and landowners, the relationship dynamic has traditionally been short-term and often adversarial.

LANDED recently held its first in-person event – The Nature of Housebuilding – a transformed relationship – at the five-star Lainston House hotel in Hampshire, part of Exclusive Collection, the UK’s first B Corp hotel group.

LANDED – in print, online and in-person – will highlight people, places, products and services committed to finding and funding long-term, design-led, environmentally sensitive solutions for the construction and delivery of new homes and affordable housing, featuring progressive, legacy estates and farms diversifying alongside traditional agriculture.
