We take our weekly look at appointments and promotions across the housebuilding industry and its supply chain.
Jasmine Hindley, Lovell
Lovell has announced the appointment of Jasmine Hindley as its new regional sales director for the region covering Yorkshire and the Humber.
She began her career as a sales management trainee at Keepmoat, steadily progressing to become Yorkshire East sales manager. She then moved to Gleeson as regional sales director, where she played a key role in restructuring the East Yorkshire sales team.
Hindley said: “Lovell is focused on nurturing home-grown talent, and its open-minded culture really resonated with me and made it a natural next step for me. I believe in putting the team first, creating a structure where individuals can grow, develop, and be the very best version of themselves.”

Philippa Vickery, Wyatt Homes
Dorset-based housebuilder Wyatt Homes has welcomed Philippa Vickery as its new sales and marketing director, to help carry out its ambitious growth plans.
Vickery joins with 15 years of experience. She began her career by studying City and Regional Planning at Cardiff University, and completing a placement year at Newport City Council as a graduate planning officer.
She then worked on Redrow’s graduate scheme where she rotated through each department, and on completion, initially joined the land team. Six months later became area sales manager. She has held key roles with several national PLCs and private developers.
Vickery remarked: “Wyatt Homes has big growth plans for the next five years, and I’m incredibly excited to be a part of that growth. Our vision is to be the best, an aspirational builder, and to continue our commitment to working with local companies and people to create something truly unique.”
Multiple appointments, Carter Jonas
Carter Jonas has announcement a number of senior promotions as it implements a strategic restructuring of its Planning and Development division.
Katy Davis (pictured left), head of planning in London for several years, has been promoted to national head of planning. She will also continue to lead the London Planning team; Jon Pinkerton (pictured centre) has been promoted to national head of development consultancy; James Cordery (pictured right) has been promoted to national head of development agency.
Jonny Clayton will continue in his role as national head of masterplanning and urban design.
Based out of Carter Jonas’ Oxford office, Huw Mellor becomes head of planning South. James Cordery will, alongside his national role, also lead Development South, working out of Oxford, Bristol and Winchester.
In Cambridge, Paul Belton has been promoted to head of planning and development East to work closely with Dominic Bryant, the newly appointed partner leading the Development Land team there.
Monty Beaton, Denbury Homes
Monty Beaton has joined Denbury Homes as its new head of sales and marketing
He started his career with an independent estate agent in Ipswich and from there joined a large national housebuilder, rising quickly to becoming sales manager for the East Anglia region. He joins Denbury Homes as the company opens its first sites in Essex and continues to see strong interest across its developments.
Beaton commented on his appointment: “I’ve always been aware of Denbury Homes – or Hopkins & Moore as the company was previously known – and been impressed by the quality of the homes they build. Now that I’m part of the company, I can see that those design and build standards are embedded throughout the culture.”
Lee Barnard, CEO of Denbury Homes, said of Beaton: ““He brings a wealth of experience and a huge amount of enthusiasm which has quickly been channelled into energising the sales team and streamlining our processes.”
Andy White, Persimmon Homes
Persimmon Homes has hired Andy White as projects manager for its Severn Valley business.
He has worked in the construction industry since leaving school in the mid-1980s, firstly as a bricklayer before moving into site management, for which he has won multiple awards. In 2005, he switched to Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality (HSEQ) Assurance, initially as the HSEQ manager of Westbury Homes South West, before becoming a consultant, inclusive of training of health and safety courses. He joins Persimmon from Strongvox Homes.
Commenting on his appointment, White said: “I’m delighted to be taking up this new role with Persimmon. I cannot wait to get my teeth stuck into the exciting schemes the business has and bring my expertise to ensure a swift delivery of much-needed housing across the Severn Valley.”
Persimmon Homes Severn Valley MD Claire Burton commented: “Andy’s appointment will help us to deliver on the business’ priorities and build more homes for local families across the region.”
Peter Marsden, Shoosmiths
Peter Marsden has been appointed as head of housebuilding by Shoosmiths.
He joined the company as a partner in 2023, bringing with him extensive experience from both private practice and in-house roles at housebuilders including Taylor Wimpey and Harrow Estates, part of Redrow.
He will be working closely with the firm’s specialist strategic land practice, led by Thomas Hall, to assist national clients such as Barratt Redrow, Bellway, Taylor Wimpey, and Vistry.
Marsden said: “I’m proud to take on this role at such a pivotal time for the sector. Shoosmiths has a strong reputation in housebuilding, and I’m excited to build on that – working with and expanding our talented team to deliver practical, commercially-minded advice that helps our clients navigate change and seize opportunities.”
Jason Jackson, partner and head of real estate clients and markets at Shoosmiths, said of Marsden: “His vast, first-hand experience gives him a unique perspective on client needs, making him the ideal person to lead this team into its next chapter.”
Helen Evans, Moat
Moat has announced the appointment of Helen Evans as its new chair, beginning in September 2025, succeeding Steve White, who will be stepping down after nine years of leadership.
Evans brings more than four decades of experience in social housing, local government, and the broader public sector. In addition to joining Moat, She currently serves on the boards of Paradigm Housing Group, South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, and Connected London Living.

Pam Chang, Rendall & Rittner
Rendall & Rittner has appointed Pam Chang as its new chief financial officer, bringing with her over two decades of financial leadership experience across global professional services, financial services and real estate sectors.
She previously held senior roles within international property and facilities management businesses, most recently as managing director (Finance) within the Global Facilities Management division of CBRE. She has also served as head of FP&A for UK and Ireland at Cushman & Wakefield.
Speaking about her appointment, Chang commented: “Joining Rendall & Rittner at such a pivotal and dynamic stage in its evolution presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to its continued success.
