Independent housebuilder, Dandara, has received a record number of developments shortlisted for the upcoming Excellence Awards 2023.
The national housebuilder has had five developments shortlisted across Scotland and England, more than any other developer.
The shortlisted developments are:
- Eskbank Gardens, Dalkeith, Midlothian
- The Oaks, Sharnbrook, Bedford
- Saxon Park, Biddenham, Bedford
- The Sweetings, East Malling, Kent
- Fontwell Meadows, Arundel, West Sussex
The prestigious awards, held by building warranty provider, Premier Guarantee, recognise high-quality developments across the country. Developments that receive consistently high scores over a six month period following independent visits by Premier Guarantee inspectors are shortlisted, with the scoring criteria covering the standard of workmanship, health and safety, site management and tidiness. Recipients of the Quality Recognition Awards are announced each month, with the developments then being shortlisted for the annual Excellence Awards.

The winners of the Excellence Awards 2023 by Premier Guarantee will be announced in October.
