ARK has opened its first location in Wembley Park and appointed Sheliza Jafferali as general manager for the community-centric rental concept.
The 300-bedroom former hotel has been reconfigured into a new urban retreat by London-based design studio Holloway Li, to offer a new way of staying, working and playing in the capital.
Wembley ARK offers flexible stays from two nights up to one year. An all-inclusive bill covers a private en-suite studio, all utilities, access to co-working, communal living and dining areas, exercise spaces and a landscaped open air roof terrace, as well as a daily cultural events programme.
Jafferali joins to oversee Wembley ARK’s community experience and operations, having previously managed a co-living property in Dublin, UK student accommodation, and hotels in Manchester.
