Churchill Living has marked the opening of its 200th development by welcoming celebrity guest, Angela Rippon CBE, to Coronation Lodge in West Kirby.
Churchill’s co-founders Spencer and Clinton McCarthy joined Angela along with apartment owners, guests and other senior members of the Churchill team to mark this major milestone for the company. The ribbon was officially cut on the development, which offers a collection of one and two-bedroom apartments designed exclusively for the over 60s.
The event provided an opportunity for prospective buyers to tour the brand-new apartments, all whilst enjoying a glass of fizz and nibbles in the Owners’ Lounge.
As well as opening its 200th development, Churchill is celebrating its 30th year in business in 2024. The company has also unveiled a new identity, Churchill Living, to reflect that its focus is more on living than retirement, with a continued aim to provide independent living for the over 60s.
Angela Rippon said: “It was a privilege to be here for the opening of Coronation Lodge.
