Beaufort Capital launches financial partnership to deliver developments across Yorkshire and East Midlands

Beaufort Capital has announced the launch of a long-term financing partnership to support the construction of a portfolio of new residential developments across Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire by a relatively recently formed company, albeit one where the principals have great pedigree in the sector.

The facility will initially fund the construction of 128 homes for private sale near Doncaster, Yorkshire, addressing the growing demand for quality housing in the region.

Each development will boast strong ESG credentials with all homes featuring:

  • Electric vehicle (EV) charging points
  • Photovoltaic (PV) solar panels
  • 150mm cavity wall insulation
  • High-efficiency combination gas boilers with heat recovery systems
  • Low-energy lighting throughout
  • Energy-efficient mechanical ventilation systems
  • Designs optimised for solar gain while preventing overheating
  • High-rated energy-efficient appliances to reduce overall consumption

Mark Quigley of Beaufort Capital, commented: “It is extremely pleasing to be able to support a management team with such standing in the residential sector and to be part of what we believe will be a great success story.”

“Whilst this financing initially contemplates the funding of seven new housing developments, it is anticipated that the portfolio will be added to and expanded over the coming months and years ahead.”

Beaufort has a strong track record of financing residential projects across the UK, partnering with some of the country’s leading developers to deliver thousands of homes. This latest collaboration highlights Beaufort’s commitment to supporting the housing sector and its ambition to expand its footprint nationwide.”
